Pray for 6 and 8

This is really about the simplest approach ever devised for betting and winning at craps.
You wait for a point to be established, then place $6 each on the 6 and 8 (not the Big 6/Big 8). If you win, you pick up your $7 winnings and continue, if the shooter seven's out and you lose, you press your bets to $12 each (yep, it's another "Ponzer" progression on losing bets). The progression is $6, $12, $36, $108, $324. This progression will ensure you of a profit after covering your losses from the previous losers. If you see five 7s without a 6 or an 8, you will have lost $927. However, you can expect to win ten of every sixteen decisions as there are ten ways to make 6 and 8 and only six ways to make a 7. Further, you can expect to see five straight losers only once in 135 starts, and it gains over the "don't pass grind" in that you should get action on about sixteen of every 36 rolls, about every second roll, you should be either picking up more winnings or placing a new bet.
If you can manage a $2,000 bankroll, you could conceivably raise your bets to $12, $24, $72, $216 and $648 at tables where the limit is $1,000. Of course this means that once in 135 starts you stand to lose $1,854.
  Altogether, not a bad system.
